My sophomore year of college, I realized my scholarships and federal loans were not going to cover my tuition for the following year. I knew I had to start looking for a private student loan. At first the process seemed scary, there were so many choices and different terms and paperwork; it all seemed overwhelming. Then I asked my roommate what she did for a private loan and she explained that hers was through KEMBA and talked about how easy the whole process was and how great they were to work with. The next day my dad and I made an appointment at KEMBA to see if their student loan would work for me. The consultant sat down with us and walked us through everything and answered all of our questions and we were quickly approved for a student loan with a line of credit that would be more than enough for me to finish school. I was so relieved, it was like a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders. I didn’t have to worry about how I was going to pay for the rest of my schooling anymore and I knew the process of requesting the money each semester was going to be easy as I was already walked through it.
