I hereby irrevocably authorize CU Student Choice Partners, LLC and my credit union lender, directly or indirectly via third party providers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company") to copy, edit, modify, summarize, exhibit, publish and/or distribute my name, biological information, my likeness, my story, my video and such other information submitted or provided to the Company (collectively, the “Information”) for purposes of publicizing private education loans and my credit union or for any other lawful purpose. I hereby authorize the Information as edited, modified or summarized in any printed and electronic publications, multimedia presentations, social media channels, marketing materials, websites, or in any other distribution media all as Company, in its sole discretion, desires.
I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against the Company for the use of the Information.
Additionally, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein the Information appears.
I hereby hold harmless and release the Company, and my credit union lender from any and all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
By checking agree and submitting the Information, I am indicating my agreement to be bound by the terms of the authorization and release. I will not submit any Information unless I understand and agree to the terms of the authorization and release.
